How does local pickup work?

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. During the checkout process, you can select the local pickup option. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email with instructions on how to pick up your items.

Where is the local pickup location?

The local pickup location is at Independence park. Location is specified in the confirmation email you receive once your order is ready. It is important to check this email for the exact address and any additional instructions regarding the pickup process.

When will I know my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. This typically occurs within 1-4 business days, depending on product availability. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive timely updates.

Who will I be picking up my order from?

Once at Independence Park you will look for a Toque Staff Member. Toque staff is usually by the equipment storage or by the futsal courts.

What are the hours of pickup?

Local pick up orders will only be available for pickup during the hours that Toque staff members are there for training. Please refer to the Ready For Pick up email for exact time frames. Customers arriving before or after the training hours. Will not be able to pick up their order.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the items meet these criteria to facilitate a smooth return process.

How do I initiate a refund?

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to facilitate the exchange process.

What is print on demand?

Print on demand is a fulfillment method where products are printed only after an order is placed. This allows for a wider variety of designs and reduces excess inventory. Our print on demand service ensures that each item is made to order, maintaining high quality and customization. Please allow 4-6 days before shipping.

What is your policy on print on demand refunds?

Refunds for print on demand items are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Unless you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to initiate a refund or exchange.
